I Walk my dog every day, my mom and I always walk on bay street, we usually go to listen to the anthem at 8. But we started going earlier. Doing the walking challenge helped. We had motivational talks, something to help us. I love the walking challenge! I love being forced to walk, even if it's too hot... my dog is getting old and these little walks are so good for her! Being united with others, struggling with others, complaining about the weather, hearing about their lives means a lot to me. I love the community of walkers we are! I still say hi vestie even if they aren't in group, in my head because I love this walking challenge!

You’ll need:
