4-Week Summer Sweat Sessions

Summer gets busy—but that doesn’t mean your health has to take a back seat.

These sessions are designed to keep you consistent, strong, and connected—even with vacations, BBQs, and kid chaos in full swing.

Here’s what to expect:

  • 45-minute HIIT-style workouts that fuse cardio, weights, and endurance to leave you feeling unstoppable.

  • High-vibe energy every class — think fun music, community encouragement, and that feel-good kind of burn.

  • A supportive fitness fam that cheers you on, holds you accountable, and reminds you why you started.

  • All fitness levels welcome — every workout is designed to challenge you, no matter where you’re at.

When & Where:

Starting Monday, July 14th through Wednesday, August 6th

We're meeting every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30 p.m. for powerful, high-energy, 45-minute group workouts.

In the final week, we’ll shift to Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (August 4–6) to accommodate summer plans—same great workouts, just adjusted days!
