Not at all! These workouts are for every fitness level, with modifications so you can go at your own pace.
Please bring dumbbells (light, medium, or heavy), a mat, a rubber resistance band, and water.
No problem — your pass covers all October classes, but come as often as possible to get the best results and energy.
