
I’m so excited to spend this month with you all before baby arrives. Before stepping into this next season, I wanted to create one special month where we can come together again, move our bodies, get stronger, and reconnect as a community.
I’ve missed you all so much and I cannot wait to spend the month of April with you.
These classes are designed for anyone who wants to get strong, get lean, build muscle, and be surrounded by an uplifting community.

ME time for myself!!
