Week 1: Prep Week

April 21–27

  • 10-minute intro workouts to activate your routine

  • Goal setting, habit stacking, space & schedule prep

  • Intention-setting, journaling, and personal reflection

  • Hype, support & accountability to get you READY

Weeks 2–7: Transformation Mode

April 28–June 6

  • 20-minute workouts, Monday–Friday (strength + cardio mix)

  • Heavyweight strength focus to build lean muscle

  • Cardio components to increase endurance & burn fat

  • Daily book club chats: The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins

  • Daily gratitude practice & mindset journaling

  • Weekly check-ins & high-vibe group energy
